Frequently Asked Questions

When did you get "serious" about jewelry?

2000.  I bought my first Bead and Button magazine.  It's been uphill from there.  It is a passion I have never experienced before.  I am in love with beads.

How long have you been making jewelry?

My first piece was a peace sign way back in the 60's.  I used a loom to make a bracelet.  I still have it or did I give it to my granddaughter?

Do you make bridal jewelry?

Absolutely!  If the bride purchases her wedding party jewelry from me, I give her a set at no charge.  I work closely with the bride to create a design that is all hers.  No one will have the same design.   If the bride already has her jewelry, I will design one for her honeymoon!

How do you keep jewelry at a good price?

First of all, I love what I do!  I don't expect to make a million dollars.  I want the women and girls that wear my pieces to love what they wear.  The look on someone's face when I present the piece to them is worth more than money can buy.

Where do you live?

I live in Middle Georgia.  Wrightsville is our county seat.  For all of you football folks, Herschell Walker is our claim to fame.

Do you make "Mommy Bracelets"?

Of course!  I use two different size letter beads.  On a bracelet with more than three strands I use a smaller letter bead.  I use a larger letter bead on 1,2 and three strand bracelets.  The first strand is $25 and each strand after that is an extra $15.

Do you make jewelry for little girls?

Absolutely!  I love to use small pearls and whatever color crystal requested.

Have you ever considered making dog or cat collars?

Give me the challenge!  I have done a "Doggie" bracelet for a lady who has two labs. Below is the bracelet and earrings.  I'm not a professional photographer as you can tell.  I probably need to invest in a lint getterupper.  You can tell the difference between a "mommy" bracelet and a "doggie"bracelet.  The give away are the bones!!!

Doggie bracelet
put two bone charms on the bracelet  which put apart from a "Mommy" bracelet.
